👕 Where is my shirt?

Good things take a minute 😉 All of our items are made-to-order, which means we print your shirt just for you after you order.

✅ Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days of placing the order.
✅ Once shipped, please allow 4-8 business days for delivery.

Once it’s on the way, you’ll get a tracking email so you can stalk your package like we do! If your tracking shows “in transit,” your shirt is on the way and moving through the carrier’s network. Please allow the full delivery window before reaching out—most orders arrive right on schedule!

Heads up: Carriers sometimes take the scenic route — we don’t control shipping speeds once it leaves us. Also, holidays, large orders, or reprints may lengthen production and/or shipping times.

📅 Will shipping and production take longer on holidays?

Unfortunately, yes—during busy seasons, things can slow down a bit. We still move as fast as possible, but carriers and printers get slammed. 

📦 My order says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. Where is it?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have your package, don’t panic—this can happen.

We recommend:

• Checking around your home (porch, mailbox, side doors)
• Asking neighbors or household members
• Waiting 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages early)

If your order still hasn’t turned up after that time, please contact us and we’ll help you figure out the next steps.

Please note: Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items—but we’ll always do our best to help!

📦 I only received part of my order. Where is the rest of it?

We work with different printing partners depending on product availability, so items may ship separately and arrive at different times. But, no need to worry-- you will receive tracking for each package.

⏳Can I change or cancel my order?

All items are made-to-order which means that each item is printed after you place your order. Our goal is to process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

Because of this:

• Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase
• Cancellation requests after the 2-hour window cannot be accepted because item has moved into production & printing stage
• Please review sizing chart, guide, and recommendations carefully before ordering. These are located in photo galleries, product descriptions, at bottom of product pages, and in FAQs.
• Because everything is made just for you the moment you place your order, please double-check your size, desired design, and color preferences before submitting order.

🔄 Can I return or exchange my shirt?

Our goal is for you to love your order, and we strive for customer satisfaction with our No Hassle Printed Right Guarantee. 

✅ Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a replacement or full refund.
✅ Item issues must be brought to our attention within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please contact us if there is an issue with an item being defective, incorrect, or damaged upon receipt, and we will make it right! If you do have a sizing issue after purchase, contact us, and we'll do our best to make it right.

📬 I entered the wrong address. How do I fix it?

If your order is in the early stages of production, we’ll do our best to fix it.
If it’s already in late production or shipped, the system is locked & we unfortunately can’t change it — so double-check that address before ordering and contact us ASAP and we’ll try!

👕 What’s the difference between made-to-order and customizable?

Made-to-order means your item is created specifically for you after purchase—this helps reduce waste, avoids overproduction, and keeps costs lower without sacrificing quality.

Customizable means you can change elements of the design (like names, dates, or text).

👉 At this time, our designs are made-to-order but not customizable, so what you see is exactly what gets printed.

📏 How do your shirts fit?

We use premium Comfort Colors® t-shirts that are made from soft, garment-dyed 100% ring-spun cotton that gives them a lived-in, vintage feel right out of the package. They feature a relaxed fit with a slightly boxy shape and roomier sleeves. These shirts are preshrunk, and we recommend sizing up for that relaxed, roomier fit.

👉 Always check the size chart before ordering—saves everyone headaches. The size chart is located on the shirt's product page in the photo gallery and at the bottom of the product page.

🧼 How do I protect the longevity of my shirt?

Follow these steps to keep your t-shirt fresh and ready to wear!

✅ Wash and Dry Inside Out
A simple step to help maintain the quality of your t-shirt and longevity of your design.

✅ Use Low Temperatures & Gentle Detergents
High heat and harsh detergents can shorten your t-shirt’s lifespan.

✅ Avoid Excessive Spinning
Too much spinning can cause unnecessary wear and tear.

✅ Air Dry When Possible
If using a dryer, dry on low heat & avoid drying with heavy items like coats or blankets.

✅ Iron Inside Out on Low Heat
Keep the design safe by starting with a lower heat setting.

🎨 Will the colors & design look exactly the same in person?

Close—but not identical.

• Display screens on phones/laptops/tablets/computers and the lighting used to create product images can cause slight color variations. Nothing wild, just normal real-life vs screen differences. 
• The printing process itself may result in slight variations—such as print placement, color tones, or alignment—which can occur due to machine settings, fabric differences, and the manual handling involved in the process.
• Comfort Colors shirts often have slight variations in color which give each shirt its signature distinctive look. They’re known for their unique, muted colors, with slightly faded, sun-washed tones and subtle variations that add character to each shirt.
• Design placement can vary slightly from shirt to shirt due to differences in garment size, fabric dimensions, and natural variations in body shape. Each size (S–4X) uses a different amount of fabric, meaning the printable area increases as sizes go up—so a design may appear slightly higher, lower, larger, or more centered depending on the shirt size. Additionally, factors like chest width, torso length, and how the shirt lays on different body types can affect how the design looks when worn. While designs are placed using standard guidelines for consistency, small variations are normal and help ensure the best overall appearance across all sizes.
  
  🖨️ What is your production process & what materials are used?
  After our customer purchases a product from our shop, the order is automatically sent to our production partner Printify. Then the design is printed on the shirt, the ink is cured to set it into the fabric, then the shirt is inspected for quality. After production, the shirt is packaged and shipped directly to the customer.

In the process, we use:
-Comfort Colors 1717 garment-dyed t-shirt with 100% ring-spun US cotton
-DTG (Direct-to-Garment) inks which are water-based, eco-friendly pigment inks that are sprayed directly into the fabric fibers (not sitting on top like vinyl or screen print).
